The wait for a bachelor suite can be anywhere from 1 to 3 years, and for our 1 bedroom units, the wait is 3 to 5 years.
No, we accept all applications, and our tenants come from a variety of cultures, backgrounds and faith groups. Church affiliation is not a requirement to live at KPH.
We are a completely smoke-free property. This is strictly enforced.
The best way to apply is by clicking here, and submitting an application online. Alternately, you may print out the application and drop it off in person at the apartment by ringing the superintendent. Our building superintendent also has paper copies of the application form.
We have a variety of service groups from our local church and others who plan special events and activities such as knitting and crocheting, soup and sandwich night, weekly church service live streamed every Saturday morning, and a potluck lunch the first Saturday of every month. Holiday events and musical features also take place in our lobby and dining area.
